第六十三章  成與細(xì)致

為無為，事無事，味無味。大小多少，報(bào)怨以德。圖難于其易，為大于其細(xì)。天下難事，必作于易；天下大事，必作于細(xì)。是以圣人終不為大，故能成其大。 夫輕諾必寡信，多易必多難。是以圣人猶難之，故終無難矣。

Succeedingin the Careful and the Small

Actwithout human greediness,

workwithout expectation,

enjoyingthe ordinary life.

Mininizingthe conflict and simplifying the complex,

Repayill-will with kindness.

Confrontthe difficult when it is easy,  Deal with the big while it is still small. Thedifficult (problems) of the world Must be dealt with while they are yet easy;The great (problems) of the world Must be dealt with while they are yet small.

EnlightenedIndividuals never reaches for the great,

and inthat way the great is achieved.

He who promises lightly must be lacking in faith. He who thinkseverything easy will end by finding everything difficult.

Thus the wise always confront difficulties and therefore have nodifficulty in the end.

ThereforeEnlightened Individuals view all as difficult,

finally they have nodifficulty.

遵道而行，不滋事生亂，享受淡泊平凡?；《髟?，化繁為簡(jiǎn)，以德報(bào)怨。解決難題要從容易處入手，實(shí)現(xiàn)宏偉的目標(biāo)要從具體的小事做起。策劃一件難事，要從容易的地方開始；完成一件大事，要從細(xì)小的地方做起。因此真正悟道的人把握道德本原，避開世俗的大而惑，最終卻能成就博大無邊。輕易許諾，必然寡信于人，把事情看得很容易的人，必然遭遇很多磨難。

因此，圣人認(rèn)真對(duì)待每一件事情，不敢疏忽自大，這樣就沒有克服不了的難題。
