第六十八章   處下用人

善為士者不武，善戰(zhàn)者不怒，善勝敵者不與，善用人者為之下。是謂不爭(zhēng)之德，是謂用人之力，是謂配天。古之極。

Generating Productivity byStaying low

A skilful leader of troops is not oppressive with his military strength.A skilful fighter does not become angry.

A skilful conqueror does not compete with people. One who is skilful inusing men puts himself below them.

This is known as the virtue of non-competition,

This is called the strength to employothers with the support of Nature,

This is called the highest emulation ofNature Laws.

善做統(tǒng)帥的人，不逞勇武而用謀略。善于作戰(zhàn)的人，不妄動(dòng)怒氣而保持理智。善取勝的人，一般不正面與敵交鋒。善于用人的人，待人謙下。
