第四十八章 無(wú)為之為
為學(xué)日益,為道日損。損之又損,以至于無(wú)為。無(wú)為而無(wú)不為。取天下常以無(wú)事,及其有事,不足以取天下。
The Art of Acting within theNatural Laws
The pursuit oflearning is to increase day by day. The practice of the TAO is to decrease dayby day. Less and less is done until one reaches non-action.
When nothing isdone, nothing is left undone. The world is led by not interfering.
When one iscompelled to do something, The world is already beyond his conquering.

后天有為的學(xué)習(xí),知識(shí)日積月累,而修心明德,則是逐日減少私心和貪欲。不斷地減少私心和貪欲,以致達(dá)到遵道順勢(shì)而為。一切符合自然去行為就無(wú)所不能了。
遵道治理國(guó)家要以不擾民為根本,如以繁苛之政擾害民眾,就不配治理國(guó)家了。
