結(jié)合演講者在世界500強公司吉利汽車集團、沃爾沃集團和其他集團公司所做的PMO建立的咨詢工作實踐以及從事多年P(guān)MO教學的經(jīng)驗,該演講從PMO建立前的公司項目管理環(huán)境評估、PMO的組織架構(gòu)及職能劃分(項目組合、項目交付、卓越方法論中心)模板、PMO建立的制度保障、項目管理方法論建立流程及模板、項目經(jīng)理能力的培養(yǎng)方法及模板、PMO推廣指南及階段性效果評估等步驟予以有序展開。演講將注重實踐流程和模板的展示、應(yīng)用,幫助觀眾掌握如何在他的公司內(nèi)建立成功的PMO。
